The entire EPSG team hopes our sales partners and their families had a wonderful holiday season!

Throughout the course of last year, we started to communicate EPSG’s new vision in our newsletters and social media and we couldn't be happier to see the puzzle pieces starting to come together. We worked hard in 2014 to find the best technology partners that understand our market and price points while providing solutions that help merchants better manage and grow their business.

As the old saying goes, a picture says a thousand words, so we worked hard with our marketing team to create a set of icons that demonstrate where we’re headed:

2015 will be the year that we enable our sales partners to lead with product, not with price.

As you can see, we are placing a heavy focus on product and creating a more robust training platform that will enable you to become confident certified re-sellers of these products through our improved in house Training University.

While Merchant Services remains an integral part of who we are, we are expanding our technology offering so that our sales partners remain relevant in today’s marketplace. While the competition fights for basis points, EPSG provides an environment where sales agents can offer merchants top of the line, meaningful technology at an affordable cost.

Melanie has spent her entire professional career in the payments industry, working for Top 10 processors such as First Data, WorldPay and Vantiv.  She has a proven track record helping companies develop go to market strategies, build multi-million dollar sales channels and engineer highly technical product solutions that drive revenue and strengthen client relationships.  Melanie recently joined EPSG as Director of Product Development and will lead EPSG’s initiative to build an innovative and robust product suite.
